About Baten Landscaping

The geese at Granville Gude Park keep their own calendar, and by the time they are loud on the lake in late March, Laurel's lawns are already asking for the first cut. Baten Landscaping runs the full circle of that calendar — mowing and edging and trimming through the long green stretch, beds mulched, hedges kept in shape, leaves gathered when the maples let go — and then plow, shovel and salt once the lake goes still and gray. Weather here rolls in from the west and stalls over the Patuxent basin, so a forecast of two inches can turn into six by suppertime. What holds it all together is showing up: grass cut on the day it needs cutting, a driveway opened before the morning commute. Standing back at the end of either job, the yard simply looks cared for, and that is the whole point.
