About Lopez Landscaping Service

An August thunderstorm crosses Lake Arbor in twenty minutes — the sky goes bruise-purple over the tree line, rain comes sideways, and then the whole neighborhood steams in the low evening sun. Lopez Landscaping Service reads that weather for a living, because grass that gets three inches of rain on Tuesday is a different job on Wednesday. Mowing gets timed around the soft ground, edges get cut back clean, and the trimming keeps fence lines and bed borders from creeping outward the way they always try to. Storms leave debris and matted patches; clearing those and keeping the turf fed is what stops a wet summer from turning a lawn thin. The reward is the stretch after the rain, when the color is impossible and the stripes hold all the way to the property line. Lake Arbor, Mitchellville, Woodmore and Largo are the regular ground.
