About The ground father landscape construction llc

Underneath every yard in Lake Arbor is Prince George's County clay — dense, orange-red where it shows, quick to compact and slow to forgive a bad grade. The ground father landscape construction llc starts there, because turf only ever looks as good as what it is rooted in. Aeration opens the soil, topdressing and seed fill what winter thinned, and steady mowing and edging keep the finished surface reading sharp from the street. Late February, when the thaw softens the ground and the first green blades show at the base of the dormant fescue, is when the year's shape gets decided. Cutting a crisp border along a walk is a small thing that changes how an entire property looks. The work covers Lake Arbor and the surrounding Woodmore, Mitchellville, Largo and Upper Marlboro.
