About Basic needs llc

Morning arrives in Lake Arbor off the water first — a flat sheen on the lake, mist lifting past the walking path before the first car turns onto Enterprise Road. Basic needs llc works the yards that ring that water, mowing and edging and trimming until a lawn reads clean from the curb to the back fence line. Prince George's clay holds its moisture deep into June, so cutting height matters here, and so does the direction of the pass. There is a plain satisfaction in the final strip of grass falling into line and the clippings blown off the walk before anyone comes home. Autumn pulls the work under the oaks for leaf cleanup, and fall seeding and fertilizing set the table for the green that follows. Lake Arbor, Mitchellville, Largo and Woodmore, kept in order week after week.
