About Blades in the shade lawncare

By late July, Charles County holds its heat long past sundown, and the only decent shade in a La Plata yard is whatever the loblollies are willing to lend. Blades in the shade lawncare works with that — mowing and trimming on the cooler edges of the day, keeping the cut height honest so the turf can stand up to August. A lawn here rewards patience: edge the walk clean, sweep the drive, and even a plain rectangle of grass looks like somebody meant it. Winter is sparing in Southern Maryland but serious when it does arrive, and the same crew turns out with plow and shovel to clear driveways and walkways down to the pavement. The name is a joke about the sun; the work is not.
