About Landscape Concepts Inc.

Keymar sits where the rails cross out in northern Maryland's farm country, with the fields rolling west toward the Catoctin ridge and very little standing between them and the wind. Landscape Concepts Inc. runs snow removal through those crossroads and country lanes — plowing long farm driveways, clearing lots and turnarounds, shoveling walks, and salting the shaded spots that hold ice past noon. Up here a storm doesn't only fall, it drifts; a lane opened at midnight can close again by four in the morning, so the truck goes back out. There is a specific pleasure in a half-mile drive cut clean from road to barn with the banks squared up on both sides. Between Union Bridge and Taneytown, that is what a winter night's work looks like.
