About Chavis Enterprises, LLC

After dark the lights on the Millard Tydings bridge lie out across the river, and Route 40 keeps running whether it is snowing or not. Chavis Enterprises works that same all-hours rhythm in Havre de Grace, clearing lots and drives while most of the town is asleep. Plow, shovel, salt, and repeat as the night requires — a two-inch evening and a fourteen-inch one are not the same job, and both get answered. What they are after is simple: an entrance a person can walk into without thinking about it once. Morning comes up over the Susquehanna and everything is already open for business.
