Greendogg Lawns

About Greendogg Lawns

July in Hollywood is thick — heat sitting on the water in Cuckold Creek and St. John's Creek, and grass that puts on an inch while you look at it. Greendogg Lawns stays ahead of it with weekly cutting, string trimming, edging and the cleanups that bookend the growing months, working early while the ground still holds a little coolness. When the cold end of the year arrives, the same trucks push snow off drives and walks and lay salt down, since a Southern Maryland winter tends to show up in bursts and leave in a hurry. Every yard down here ends somewhere — at a treeline, a field edge, a bank sloping toward tidewater — and the seam where mowed meets wild is where care becomes visible. That seam is worth getting right, every single week.
