About ACS Property Services, LLC

Havre de Grace sits where the Susquehanna finally lets go of the land and the Chesapeake takes over, and in January the wind crosses that open water with nothing at all to slow it. ACS Property Services keeps the hours a storm hands out — the dark ones, long before the beacon at Concord Point picks up any grey from the east. Drives get opened end to end, walks are cut down to the concrete, and de-icer goes out while the sky is still deciding what it wants to do. There is a plain satisfaction in a lot that looks like the weather skipped it entirely. By the time the first cars come down toward the water, the way is already open.
