Paradise Landscape & Hardscape

About Paradise Landscape & Hardscape

Harwood is South County farmland leaning toward the water — cornfields and old tobacco barns along Route 2, the South River bending east, and salt air working up the creeks on a south wind. Paradise Landscape & Hardscape keeps that landscape in trim, mowing and edging lawns through the long Chesapeake growing season, when humidity makes grass climb overnight. Winter here is a different animal than up-country: storms come in wet and heavy off the Bay, and driveways need plowing and walks need clearing before it all sets like concrete. Doing both jobs means knowing the same properties in two entirely different moods. A cut lawn in August and an open drive in February — either way, home is easy to arrive at.
