About C J Miller LLC

East of town the land drops toward Prettyboy, and the roads out that way — Beckleysville, Black Rock — hold ice long after the sun has found everything else. C J Miller LLC handles snow removal for Hampstead and the country beyond it: plowing driveways, breaking open turnarounds, clearing the walks that lead to a front step. February storms up here like to arrive as snow and finish as something meaner, and the only real answer is showing up more than once. The worth of the job is in that second pass, the one nobody watches, so a drive is still open at dusk. Winter is long in this corner of Maryland, and a cleared driveway is how a house keeps its footing in it.
