About Ferrans Landscaping, LLC

There is a line that runs across upper Montgomery County on storm days: rain in Gaithersburg, snow by the time you reach the open fields toward Laytonsville. Ferrans Landscaping, LLC works both sides of it, plowing driveways and clearing walkways where the accumulation actually landed rather than where the forecast said it would. Salt and ice control follow, because the mid-Atlantic specialty is a storm that ends warm and freezes solid at three in the morning. Watching the sky and the thermometer is half the trade; the shovel is the other half. Nothing beats stepping outside to a drive already opened, edge to edge, before you have even found your keys.
