About Pintail Property Services, Inc.

In late fall the sky over the Wicomico marshes fills with birds pointed south, and the Shore settles into its working season. Pintail Property Services, Inc. keeps to that calendar around Fruitland — final mowings and autumn cleanups while the light still holds, then the winter half: plowing driveways and lots, clearing walks, laying salt against the ice that comes off the water more often than snow ever does. Spring brings it all back around, with mowing, edging and trimming on the weekly rhythm that keeps a yard looking intentional from April to the first frost. There is a real satisfaction in a property that never looks caught off guard, in any month of the year. That is the aim, week to week and storm to storm.
