Good Service

About Good Service

Most of what keeps a mountain town looking cared for happens on an ordinary Tuesday: a lawn mowed at midday, a trimmer run along a stone wall, clippings blown off the walk before anyone gets home. Good Service does that work around Frostburg and down through the Georges Creek valley, where the yards are narrow, steep in places, and older than the trucks that tend them. The name is the plan — show up, cut it right, leave it tidy. Winter turns the same route into a plow route, with driveways opened and steps cleared while the wind is still coming across the ridge. There is nothing complicated in any of it, and that is exactly why it works.
