About C&S Landscaping & Hydroseeding

There is a particular week in late May when the mountains around Frostburg turn every shade of green at once, and a bare slope that was mud in April is suddenly grass. C&S Landscaping & Hydroseeding spends that season making it happen on purpose — hydroseeding raw ground, establishing lawns on the grades western Maryland loves to hand you, then mowing and trimming them into shape through the cool, long summers up on the plateau. Water runs downhill fast here and seed has to catch before it does; the reward is a hillside that holds, and holds green. When the year turns, the same trucks carry a blade, and the same properties get plowed, shoveled and salted through the mountain's long winters. Grass in one half of the calendar and snow in the other — both are about staying ahead of the weather rather than arguing with it.
