Montgomery Decks

About Montgomery Decks

A February storm in Montgomery County leaves everything soft-edged and impassable: the drive, the front walk, the steps, the deck out back with a foot of it sitting flat on the boards. Montgomery Decks clears all of that in North Potomac — plowing the driveway, shoveling walkways and stairs, treating the ice that forms in the shade where the sun never quite reaches. Snow on wood is its own problem, and it gets handled with care rather than force. The work happens at odd hours, whenever the storm decides it is done, and often before the sky is light. What you wake up to is a property you can walk across in ordinary shoes.
