About Strawhats Landscaping, LLC

Summer in Fort Washington arrives thick and green, and by mid-afternoon the air over the Potomac usually has a storm folded into it. Strawhats Landscaping, LLC works ahead of that weather. Mow while the grass is still dry, edge the driveway, trim the fence line, sweep up the clippings before the first fat drops come upriver past Swan Creek. There is a real satisfaction in it — a yard finished just as the sky goes slate, the lines still sharp under the rain. An hour later the sun is back, steam lifting off the pavement, and the lawn is the tidiest thing on the block. That is the whole point of the work.
