About Lawn Pros

Fairwood's streets curve instead of cross, and the maples set along them are still young enough to throw only thin shade at noon. Lawn Pros works those open, sunny lots off Enterprise Road, where turf takes full light from April through September and grows accordingly. The week's round is mowing, trimming around mailboxes and downspouts, edging the walks, and hauling off the clippings and the autumn leaf fall. Out past the last cul-de-sac the ground rolls down toward the Collington Branch and the fields that Bowie and Glenn Dale still share between them. A stripe laid straight across a young front lawn is a plain thing, and it is the whole point.
