About Mission Property Services LLC

Emmitsburg sits where the Catoctin ridge leans down toward the Mason-Dixon line, and winter here arrives from above — squalls sliding over the mountain while Toms Creek runs black between the fields. Mission Property Services LLC works that mountain-edge weather, plowing driveways and clearing walks around town before the first cars head down Route 15. There is a particular satisfaction in a long farm lane opened end to end, the berm stacked clean off the shoulder, salt laid where the shade holds ice past noon. On the streets below Mount St. Mary's the job turns quieter — steps, sidewalks, the short stretch of pavement between a door and a car. By the time the sun clears the ridge and frost goes to steam on the pastures, the way out is already open.
