About Summers Landscaping

High summer in Elkton is humid the way only the top of the Chesapeake gets humid — thunderheads stacking up over Elk Neck by mid-afternoon, then rain, then grass that seems to grow an inch overnight. Summers Landscaping mows into that, working the early hours while the dew is still on and the air hasn't thickened yet. A cut done right in July is a small triumph: uniform height, no scalped humps at the slopes, the trimmer line run tight around the mailbox and the downspouts. Down toward the river the yards are flat and sandy; up past the old town grid they roll, and each asks for something a little different from the machine and the operator. What stays the same is the result — a lawn that looks intentional from the road.
