About American Lawn Care & Landscaping LLC

Spring reaches Elk Mills as a sound before it is a color: Little Elk Creek running full and loud under the road, the first mowers answering it from somewhere up the hill. American Lawn Care & Landscaping LLC opens the season there and across Elkton with the work nobody enjoys and every yard needs — winter's litter raked out, beds cut back, the first pass set high. After that it is steady mowing and trimming, week on week, through the green rush of May and the slower going of August. Ground on this side of town holds water, so choosing when to cut matters as much as the cutting. By the time the maples turn, a lawn kept that way has an even, settled look no single afternoon could give it.
