About Summit Property Services

Summer mornings in Eldersburg arrive with fog sitting low in the Piedmont farm fields, and it lifts off the ridges toward Liberty Reservoir about the time the first mowers start. Summit Property Services keeps lawns on this rolling Carroll County ground between Piney Run and the South Branch of the Patapsco, where a single yard can climb, dip, and drop into old-oak shade all in one pass. The work is mowing with the lines running true, edging that leaves a clean seam along the walk and the driveway, trimming into fence corners and around the mailbox post, and seasonal cleanups when the leaves come down heavy along Route 32. Fertilizing and weed control get timed to the way spring warms this stretch of the county — slow for weeks, then all at once. What's left at the end of an afternoon is a crisp edge, a even cut, and a yard a neighbor notices from the road without quite knowing why.
