From the Turkey Point shore you can watch the year change hands: green water and cut grass one month, then a hard blue quiet with ice gathering at the cove edges. The Landscape Design Center works both ends of it — mowing, trimming, edging, mulching and cleanups while things grow, and snow plowing, walk clearing and ice treatment when they stop. Winter calls arrive at strange hours and get answered; a drive opened before breakfast is the entire job description. Then spring comes back across the Bay and the mowers go onto the trailers again. Edgewater, Annapolis, Mayo and Davidsonville are the regular reach.
