About JYJ Landscaping & More L.L.C.

Noon on Holabird Avenue in August is a flat white heat, and the lawns along the row-house blocks are small enough that every mistake shows. JYJ Landscaping & More L.L.C. treats those narrow strips the way you'd treat a wide field — cut on the diagonal, trimmed around the downspout and the fence post, edged so the grass stops in a clean line at the sidewalk. The work runs to hedge shaping, bed mulching, and carrying the clippings off instead of leaving them to cook at the curb. By September the breeze off the harbor finally turns the corner, the grass comes back thick, and the leaf work begins. Small yards, cut carefully, make a whole street look looked-after.
