About Ground Guyz Property Services

October down toward Millers Island and Edgemere means boat trailers backed into gravel drives and a chill arriving off the water a few weeks ahead of the calendar. Ground Guyz Property Services keeps those properties squared away on both ends of the year — mowing, trimming and edging while the grass still runs, then plowing and shoveling once winter reaches this stretch of the peninsula. Waterfront lots take extra thought: wind-thrown debris on the turf, a drive that ices where the shade sits all day. Clearing it means bare pavement to the road and a clean path to the door, done before anyone has to ask. In the green months it means a lawn cut level and bordered sharp, from the bulkhead back to the street.
