About Gartner & son landscaping

Saturday mornings in Damascus start with dew heavy on the grass and the smell of cut clover drifting over the backroads toward Cedar Grove. Gartner & son landscaping likes to be out in it early, laying down mower lines while the air is still cool. The work is simple to name and satisfying to see: lawns mowed, borders trimmed sharp, clippings cleared, leaves gathered when October lets them go. A well-kept yard on these rolling lots reads from a long way off, the way everything does in open country. By the time the sun is high, another handful of lawns stand finished — and the weekend is officially underway.
