About Beachboy Grounds Maintenance LLC

Late on a July evening the water at Gunners Lake goes the color of poured pewter, and the lawns around Waters Landing give back the heat they took all afternoon. Beachboy Grounds Maintenance LLC does its lawn care by that light, when the fescue stands up again and a fresh mow shows every stripe. The work is unglamorous and exact — a level cut, a trimmed line where turf meets sidewalk, beds mulched dark so the green in front of them reads twice as green. Germantown yards sit on stubborn clay that punishes shortcuts, which is precisely why the routine matters more than the flourish. Come November it is leaves instead of grass, hauled off the lawn before they mat down and smother it.
