About Teter Excavating and Landscaping

Cumberland is a city built on grades — streets that climb, yards cut into shale hillsides, driveways that tilt toward the bottomland. Teter Excavating and Landscaping knows that ground from the dirt up, which shapes how the crew handles both halves of its calendar: lawn care that respects a slope in summer, snow removal that respects it twice over in winter. A steep drive under six inches of snow is a different animal than a flat one, and clearing it right — no berm at the bottom, no glaze left to refreeze — is where the ground sense shows. In the growing season the same attention goes to the turf itself, mowed and kept so the hill yards hold their green instead of washing it downhill.
