About Sebastian Design Build

Late on an April afternoon, the light in Chevy Chase comes in low through the oak canopy and lands on the lawns like a verdict — every edge either holds or it doesn't. Sebastian Design Build works to make sure it holds. A design-build firm turned loose on lawn care brings a draftsman's eye to grass: the curve of a bed drawn deliberately, the line where turf meets walk kept sharp as a pencil stroke, the whole yard composed rather than merely cut. On the quiet streets off Western Avenue, where gardens are half architecture anyway, that sensibility belongs. The result is a lawn that reads as intended — planned, kept, and worth the pause at the front gate.
