About Eastern Shore Landscaping Co

When the geese come back to the cut cornfields in October, the Eastern Shore turns gold at its edges, and Eastern Shore Landscaping Co is out shaping the green that remains. Around Chestertown the yards run right up against farmland, so a landscape here has a horizon behind it — big sky, flat fields, weather you can watch arrive from miles off. The crew keeps grounds that belong to that view: lawns mowed, beds squared away, plantings that make sense for tidewater soil. Autumn brings the great gathering of leaves; spring brings mulch and the first flush of new growth. In between, the work is simply keeping a piece of the Shore looking like itself.
