About Platinum Cuts Landscaping LLC

There is a small airstrip tucked inside Chesapeake Ranch Estates, and on the morning after a snowfall it becomes the flattest, whitest field in Calvert County — a fair measure of how much came down overnight. Platinum Cuts Landscaping LLC reads that measure and gets to work. The Estates' driveways run long through the trees, many of them pitched, plenty of them gravel, and each one has a household at the far end waiting on the outside world. The trucks move lane by lane through the community and down toward Lusby, pushing snow wide, scraping to the surface, opening walks. By the time the route is finished, the airstrip is still white and the driveways aren't — which is exactly the score the morning wanted.
