Greenhouse Lawn Service

About Greenhouse Lawn Service

Spring arrives in Catonsville in stages — crocuses by the mailboxes, then forsythia, then the one warm week in April when every lawn in town turns green at once. Greenhouse Lawn Service lives for that week. From the first cut of the season to the last bag of leaves, the work is lawn care in its plainest form: mowing on a steady schedule, trimming the borders, keeping the grass fed through Maryland's swampy midsummer. On Sunday mornings, while the farmers market sets up its stalls, the week's clippings are already gone and the stripes still show. A green town is made one yard at a time, and this is the trade that makes it.
