About Quasny & Son Landscaping

By November the sycamores along Brooklyn Park's older streets have gone bare, and frost sugars the grass until mid-morning. Quasny & Son Landscaping does the closing work of the year: final mows cut short, leaves gathered off the lawns in long windrows, beds cleared so nothing rots under the snow to come. There is a rightness to a yard put away properly — like dishes done before bed. The last pass of the mower leaves faint lines that hold through the first freeze. Then the trailer is swept, the tools are stowed, and the lawn is left to sleep until March.
