About Lawncrafters, LLC

Bishopville is where the St. Martin River gathers itself — a millpond above the old dam, tidewater easing east toward the coastal bays — and everything green here grows in that flat, salt-brightened light. Lawncrafters, LLC works the yards of this corner of Worcester County: mowing under the loblolly pines, edging the walks, raking out what the sea wind leaves behind. Summer arrives humid off the bays and the grass answers fast, so the cutting stays steady and the lines stay straight. There is a particular pleasure in a lawn finished by late morning, striped and edged, with the whole bright shore day still ahead of it. From Bishopville the routes run out through Showell, Berlin, and Ocean Pines — sandy-soiled country where a crisp edge shows all the way from the road.
