About Green House landscaping

By late October, Old Georgetown Road runs under a ceiling of copper and rust, and every gust brings a little of that ceiling down. Green House landscaping loves this stretch of the calendar: rakes and tarps out early, leaf piles rising at the curb, lawns emerging clean underneath like a floor that's just been swept. Before the leaves, there were months of mowing and trimming through Bethesda's long, humid growing season, keeping grass in line while it tried its best not to be. After the last cleanup comes the final cut, shorter than the rest, so everything winters well. Then the house lights come on earlier, the yards rest, and the crew starts thinking about spring.
