Bel Air Softwash

About Bel Air Softwash

North of town the land opens up — Bel Air North rolls toward Hickory and the Jarrettsville Pike in long fields and longer driveways, and snow out here arrives with room to work. Bel Air Softwash spends those mornings clearing that distance: gravel and asphalt drives plowed from the road all the way back to the garage, walks shoveled, salt down before the melt refreezes. The first sun after a storm is something to see in this stretch of country, lighting the crusted fields gold while the cleared lanes run through them dark and dry. Wind drifts the open ground, so the follow-up pass matters as much as the first. The job is done when the driveway is simply a driveway again, however far it runs.
