About Groundshog Landscaping

There's a week in late February when Baltimore leans toward spring — crocuses testing the air at Cylburn Arboretum, the ground softening underfoot — and Groundshog Landscaping lives for it. The name is a grin, but the work is in earnest: beds cut fresh, lawns mowed and fed as the season opens, yards shaped through the long green months. When winter doubles back, as it always does at least once, the crew turns to clearing and salting without missing a beat. Emergence is the whole idea — grass out of dormancy, driveways out from under the drift. Either way, the ground gives up what it's hiding.
