About Peddicord's Lawn & Landscaping LLC

October in Annapolis is an argument between the oaks and the lawns, and the oaks drop their whole case at once. Around Truxtun Park and the older streets off Hilltop Lane, Peddicord's Lawn & Landscaping keeps the grass visible through it all — mowing, trimming, and tidying as the canopy lets go leaf by leaf. Fall is when next spring's lawn is actually made: the last cuts at the right height, turf given light and air instead of a wet brown blanket. The work smells like leaf piles and cool creek air. When the trees finally stand bare, the yards beneath them are still green, and that contrast is the whole reward.
