About Nicholson Landscaping

September loosens its grip on Jackson County slowly, the heat backing off a degree at a time while the kudzu keeps climbing the pines along the road to Jefferson and Commerce. Nicholson Landscaping keeps its mowers moving through that stretch of the year, cutting lawns, edging borders, trimming fence lines and hauling the debris away so the yard is left with nothing but grass. A lawn on this red clay grows in bursts, quick after rain and stubborn in drought, so the work is judged by whether it looks steady week after week. That is the aim: an even cut, a defined edge, a driveway you can walk barefoot across without picking up half the yard. When the leaves finally come down, the cleanup follows them, and the ground goes quiet until spring calls everyone back out.
