About Hector Landscaping & Lawn Services

Annapolis takes its snow in brief, dramatic visits — a January night, a northeast wind off the bay, and by morning Church Circle wears a white cap. That is when Hector Landscaping & Lawn Services goes to work, plowing driveways and cutting paths through the drifts while the streetlights along West Street still glow orange on the falling flakes. The job is timing: get the pavement black again before boots and tires pack it into ice. Shovels scrape, salt hisses, and one by one the households of the town get their mornings back. By the time the sun climbs over the rooftops, the work is mostly invisible — which is exactly the point.
