About Len & Mel's Lawn and Landscaping Services LLC

August on Annapolis Neck is thick air and loud cicadas, the kind of heat that makes grass grow overnight and makes cutting it a labor of love. Len & Mel's Lawn and Landscaping Services shows up anyway, working the shaded lanes of Bay Ridge where the breeze off the water gives the afternoon a fighting chance. Two names on the truck means two sets of eyes on every yard — one running the mower in patient rows, the other detailing the edges and beds until nothing is out of place. They know which lawns on the Neck bake and which stay cool under the oaks, and they cut each accordingly. By the time they roll on to the next street, the yard behind them looks like the best hour of summer.
