About TCA Property Management, Inc.

Snow at the head of the Chesapeake is a moody thing — some winters it barely dusts the outfield grass at Ripken Stadium, and some winters it comes down wet and heavy off the Bay and sits on Aberdeen like a decision. TCA Property Management, Inc. plans for the second kind. When the forecast tightens, the work begins: lots opened lane by lane, entrances pushed back, walkways cut clear so a door is a door again and not a drift. There is a quiet geometry to it, the way a plowed lot looks at first light with every stripe laid parallel and the salt already down before the first car turns in off Route 22. In a working town on the I-95 corridor, mornings do not wait for the weather. TCA makes sure the pavement doesn't either.
