About Bob's Odd Jobs and Handyman Services

Come August the back roads out toward Ringville go soft and green at the shoulders, and every dooryard needs somebody who will actually turn up. That is the work Bob's Odd Jobs and Handyman Services does — mowing, trimming and yard cleanup for houses strung along Route 112 and the dirt lanes that branch off it. A hilltown yard is rarely one thing: a bit of level lawn, a bank too steep for comfort, a shady patch under the maples that gives up by July. Each gets what it needs, and the grass is left even from the porch steps clear to the treeline. When the season turns, the leaves and the summer's clutter go out of the yard together. Small jobs are the ones that keep a town like Worthington looking after itself.
