About Ricciardi Bros Inc.

Vernon Hill in December: three-deckers stacked up the slope, porch lights coming on at four, and a grade that turns any snowfall into a question of traction. Ricciardi Bros Inc. plows those streets and the short, steep driveways that run straight off them. Worcester's hills reward a driver who knows which way the water ran before it froze, and which apron will glaze first. The payoff arrives early — bare blacktop, a shoveled path to the stairs, a car backing out without a spin. When the storm finally quits over the city, the hill is already done.
