About Dailey Landscaping

Four in the morning in Greendale, and the streetlights are still doing the work of the sun. Dailey Landscaping is out in it, plowing driveways, shoveling walks and salting the places where a boot goes first. Burncoat's slopes turn half an inch of freezing drizzle into something a car simply cannot climb, so timing matters as much as the blade does. By the hour the coffee shops open, the drives are open too, black and wide and unremarkable, which is exactly the point. Snow is a night business in this city, and the hush of those hours suits it.
