About L J Herzog Construction/Snow Plowing

A nor'easter announces itself in Woburn hours ahead of the snow — the wind swings around to the northeast, the light goes flat, and everyone eyes the driveway. L J Herzog Construction/Snow Plowing meets it head-on, plowing through the night and coming back for the plow berm the city leaves across the apron at four in the morning. Walks are shoveled to the pavement and salted, not just scraped. Wet coastal snow gets heavy fast, and beating it is a matter of timing more than muscle. The result is undramatic and exactly right: a cleared drive, a bare path, and no storm story to tell.
