About Lawn Jon Services Inc

Summer comes late to Windsor and leaves early, so every green week in this hill town counts. Lawn Jon Services Inc mows and tends lawns here, where old stone walls wander off into the woods and the brooks run down to join the East Branch of the Westfield River. Once the dew burns off the high meadows, the mower comes through and leaves stripes you could admire from the road, the grass along the walk and the fieldstone trimmed tight. Up here the lawns grow fast through the long June days, and keeping pace with them is its own small pleasure. When the swallows are working the evening air, the yard looks as if it was always meant to sit exactly where it does.
