About R.P. Marzilli & Company

Above Williamstown the land opens into pasture and long lawn, hillsides that carry the eye all the way to the Taconics on the western skyline. R.P. Marzilli & Company keeps ground on that scale — mowing, trimming and edging across wide turf where the mower lines run out a hundred yards and every single one of them is visible. The green months here are short and generous at once, and the task is to hold an even surface from the first cut to the last. Winter hands the same properties over to plowing, with drives and lots opened, walkways shoveled and the ice sanded wherever the shade lingers. A big landscape rewards patience, and it repays it in views.
