About Tracy & Sons Property Maintenance, LLC

In May the orchards on Wilbraham's slopes go pink and the whole town smells faintly of it; by January those same roads are plowed hardpack, lit blue at five in the morning. Tracy & Sons Property Maintenance, LLC takes a property through both ends of that year. The warm months mean mowing, trimming, edging and cleanups that keep a yard even from the road all the way to the back line. The cold months mean plowing driveways and lots, clearing walks and steps, and sanding the spots where a slope and a shadow meet. Looking after one place all the way around is a different job than visiting it, and it shows in how the property carries itself.
