About RJ Landscapes LLC

The hill roads in Wilbraham are the ones that decide a storm. RJ Landscapes LLC runs them at midnight with the blade down, working grades where a car without traction is going nowhere and a driveway on a pitch has to be opened twice. Down toward the Chicopee River the snow falls wetter and heavier; up on the ridge it comes dry and blows straight back into whatever was just cleared. Both get the same answer — plow the drives and lots, shovel the walks, sand the approaches, then come back through once the wind has had its say. What stays with you is the sound of a street going quiet behind the truck, every drive open and waiting.
